When do you open?
Our grand opening is in January 2027, at 8756 Teel Parkway, Suite 306, Frisco, TX 75034, in Main Street Village.
What ages do you teach?
We offer Little Tigers (ages 4–5), Kids (ages 6–12), Teens & Adults (ages 13+), Family (ages 6+). Every class shares the same standard, with expectations set for each age and belt level.
Do I need any experience?
No experience is needed. Every student starts as a beginner, and our instructors meet each student where they are.
How do I try a class?
Book a trial class online: tell us a little about who is training, then pick a time that suits you. You can also call or email us.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes. Every student needs a signed liability waiver before their first class. You sign it online right after booking your trial; for a child, a parent or guardian signs.
What should I wear to a trial class?
Comfortable athletic clothes. Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to meet the instructors and see the academy.
Can parents and children train together?
Yes. Our Family program puts parents and children (ages 6 and up) on the same mat, training side by side.
